Chatbot UAT Testing Instructions
Please follow the steps below to thoroughly test the chatbot:
- Interact with the chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Test different types of queries, including:
- Loan inquiries
- Eligibility checks
- Account related issues
- General support questions
- Any issues such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete responses
- Any UI/UX bugs or issues in chatbot responses
- Chatbot failing to repsone
- Provide feedback on your chatbot experience:
- If the chatbot behaves as expected
- If the responses are clear and useful
- Any suggestions for improvement
- Submit your feedback
